. Jakarta Fashion Week 2017, the most awaited fashion event in Indonesia, officially begins with various shows at Senayan City–Jakarta’s premier shopping mall and lifestyle center.
The opening show of Jakarta Fashion Week 2017 at Fashion Tent presents a parade of more than 60 Indonesian designers, which will present their collections in various fashion shows over the week. A number of fashion shows by Indonesia Fashion Forwards designers also mark the opening of Jakarta Fashion Week 2017 on the first day. After getting mentorship program by Centre for Fashion Enterprise and support from Badan Ekonomi Kreatif Indonesia and British Council, the designers present their best collections in front of fashion enthusiasts. They are Lotuz, Peggy Hartanto, Yosafat Dwi Kurniawan, Paulina Katarina, Rani Hatta, Yelly, Bateeq, Byo, Etu by Restu Anggraini, Jenahara, Jii by Gloria Agatha, Milcah, Ria Miranda, Tex Saverio.
